Project created from scracht to an innovation and applied design consultancy. We searched, for the naming, expressions connected to the exploration universe and also to the Brazilian essence. Finally, we got to “Ubá” which meand canoe in tupi-guarani (Brazilian natives’ language). A canoe can reach to the most hidden places and also allows to explore locations not yet discovered by bigger ships. It penetrates deep into forests, allowing people to get to unprecedented areas.
We created a typographic and stylized brand, in which the “A” and the “U” maintain the same shape and complement each order alternately, making up a wave form when united. Wave is where the canoe navigates by. This element was also used as an additional visual identity to the brand.
